1) Rinku Singh

Rinku Singh made his international debut for India in the T20 format against Ireland under the leadership of Jasprit Bumrah. The 25-year-old batsman from Uttar Pradesh was called up to the Indian team after his impressive performances in the Indian Premier League (IPL). In the IPL, Singh scored 725 runs in 31 matches for Kolkata Knight Riders at an average of 36.2. 

He made headlines in IPL 2023 after hitting 5 sixes in an over. While playing against Ireland, Rinku scored 38 runs in two matches at a strike rate of 180.9. Rinku’s story of international cricket will be an inspiration to the young players from the Indian domestic circuit.

2) Tilak Varma

Tilak Varma made his international debut for India in the first T20I against the West Indies under the leadership of Hardik Pandya. Varma made an impressive start to his international career, scoring 39 runs off 22 balls in his debut match. 

He was eventually dismissed by Romario Shepherd, but his innings were a good start to his international career. Overall, Tilak has been part of 7 T29 internationals as of now and has scored 174 runs at an average of 34.8 and a strike rate of 138.1. His innings also include one half-century.

3) Mukesh Kumar

At the age of 29, the pace bowler finally got the opportunity to perform for his country after displaying a positive performance in the Indian Premier League. Kumar’s debut is a major breakthrough for the young bowler, and it is a sign that he is on the verge of a bright international career. 

He is a talented bowler with a lot of potential, and he will be hoping to make a big impact in the years to come. Overall, Kumar has been part of 5 T20 internationals and has picked up 3 wickets while maintaining an economy of 8.80.

4) Yashasvi Jaiswal

Another inspiring debut in Indian cricket that made headlines was of Yashaswi Jaiswal. Jaiswal made his debut in Test format and stunned everyone with his performance in the first Test itself against West Indies. 

His T20 debut came against West Indies itself and as of now, the Rajasthan Royals batter has scored 132 runs in 5 matches at an average of 33 and a strike rate of 145.1. He is known for his ability to play big shots and score quick boundaries against the pace attack.
